Resumen:
A generalization of core inverse to square matrices of arbitrary indexwas introduced by Baksalary and Trenkler [3], originally called as generalizedcore inverse. They also introduced a binary relation using thisinverse. Later some authors decided to give it the name BT inverse forsake of convenience and also for honoring it?s inventors. Since then ithas become customary to use the name BT inverse and the binary relationdefined using it has come to be known as BT order. Several properties ofBT inverse are analysed in this chapter and some of them even similar tosome the properties of core inverse. The binary relation BT order has alsobeen studied.
