Resumen:
Highlights?The combination of Clofazimine or Benidipine with Benznidazole showed a clear synergistic effect against the intracellular stage of the parasite.?Benidipine and Clofazimine combined with the reference drug (Benznidazole) were able to reduce the parasite load in peripheral blood of chronically infected mice.?The combined therapies contribute to decrease inflammation of skeletal tissue in a chronic murine model of Chagas' disease.
