Resumen:
It is known that RIMAPS (Rotated Image with Maximum Average Power Spectrum) technique allows finding the main directions of any surface topography and describing it by simple geometrical figures. This technique has already been applied to the study of metallic surfaces and biological samples. It is precisely in what concerns the study of biological material that several considerations must be taken into account for an appropriate interpretation of results. In this sense, new studies of biological surfaces are presented in this work.
