Resumen:
We examined the biocontrol and the differential production of H2O2and O·−2 in the relationship Macrophomina phaseolina ? PGPR insoybean seedling. Fungal colonisation was efficiently preventedby inoculation with Pseudomonas fluorescens 9. Its ability toimprove ROS production and gene expression of antioxidantenzymes could be related to its capacity to control the disease.
