This work presents a novel biosensor exploiting thepH dependency of liquid gated graphene based field effect transistors for theenzymatic detection of urea. The channel between interdigitated source?drain microelectrodeswas non-covalently functionalized with bilayers of polyethylenimine and ureaseusing the layer-by-layer approach, providing a LOD below 1 µM urea
