Resumen:
The insulator to metal transition in manganites can be drastically in .uenced by internal factors,such as chemical composition,or under a variety of external perturbations,like magnetic or electric .elds.In this work,the electrical resistance of La0.5 Ca0.5 MnO3 thin .lms was investigated using different constant voltages.At low temperature the conductivity of the .lms is non-Ohmic and moderate electric .elds results in resistivity switching to metastable states.
