Resumen:
Laser Cladding of different Quasicrystal composition were produced and characterised by means of X-ray diffraction and SEM-EDX. All the compositions showed the presence of icosahedral quasicrystals. Particularly the Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystal composition showed also and important fraction of the betha cubic phase. The clads showed microhardness values up to 750 micro-HV.
