(Scopus) Can we consider the Argentine situation under the concept of "postneoliberalism? After the crisis of 2001, seen in the whole region as the failure and the deepest delegitimisation of cold hard neoliberalism, a period of great changes began, in terms of the social signifi cance of the state, the political capacity of social movements and the reorganisation of general labour conditions. Here, we shall try to analyse these transformations, starting with some sequences that we consider key to comprehending both the dynamics of the process leading to the present-day global crisis and the new space of intervention that can be foreseen, from the Argentine debate, for nation states.
