Resumen:
Electrostatic self-assembly constitutes one of the most used and simplest methods for the preparation of supported organized supramolecular systems.[1] The incorporation of enzymes as building blocks in these structures results in a modified surface that has high selectivity toward molecules of biological interest. Applications of these systems range from the design and construction of nanoscale integrated circuits such as biochips and biosensors for genomic treatment to the development of biofuel cells. building blocks in these structures results in a modified surface that has high selectivity toward molecules of biological interest.
