Resumen:
The diagnosis of growth hormone deficiency (GHD) is
based primarily on auxological criteria. Diagnosis is confirmed
biochemically by the assessment of GH during
pharmacological tests (PhT). We proposed that the cut-off
diagnostic limit of serum GH in PhT should be defined for
each immunoassay [1, 2] .
