Resumen:
This paper introduces the design of an estimatorfor parameters of Middleton Class A noise using its canonicalformula and classical numerical methods. The main focus is toacquire parameters to characterize communication channels inintelligent systems or those based on cognitive paradigms.A comprehensive analysis of the first-order characteristics ofthe Middleton Class A noise model is conducted to establish thefoundational understanding necessary for developing the presented estimator model, named Impulsive Noise Estimator withMinimization Methods (INEMM). Subsequently, the method isintroduced, substantiated, and compared to various establishedestimators concerning precision and complexity. Results showa distinct advantage in terms of overall performance.
