Resumen:
The previously unknown larva and pupa of Culicoides albomaculus Root & Hoffman are described for the first time, and a redescription of the adult is also provided. Specimens were collected as preimaginal stages in hollows of Agave sp. (Agavaceae) near Mexico, D.F. and reared to adults in the laboratory.
