Resumen:
We evaluated the changes in polyamine biosynthetic enzymes and polyamine levels in Lotus spp., rice and oat, under short and ong saline stresses. On the basis of these results we generated Lotus transgenic plants overespressing the spermidine synthase from tobacco under the control of 35S promoterand other lines transformed with ADC under the control of rd29A, which has a temporal- biphasic induction by cold and salt exposition
