Resumen:
In 2015, the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department (DIEEC) of the Spanish University for Distance Education (UNED) in Spain started together with BTH (Sweden), DeustoUniversity (Spain) and CUAS (Austria)a new start-up/implementation of the VISIR system in Latin America namely the VISIR+ Project. This project is being carried out under the coordination of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (IPP, Portugal) with the support of the Research Institute of Education Sciences of Rosario (IRICE-CONICET, Argentina). The main objective of the VISIR+ Project is to extend the current VISIR network in South America, mainly in Argentina and Brazil, with the patronage of the European Union Erasmus Plus program inside the Capacity Building programin order to yield a future integration framework for an excellence network. This extension of VISIR nodes reconfigure a new project from Erasmus Plus projects, PILAR in 2016, and will allow the Strategic Partnership to develop a new federation umbrella over the existing nodes and network. This paper addresses the organization and development of new educational scenarios for the VISIR system at Santiago del Estero National University (Argentina) as part of the VISIR+ Project which includes the launching and deployment of other four VISIR systems in (Argentina and Brazil).
