Nowadays there is a need for a radical shift in empirical research; specifically, to fully utilize the empirical materials collected by teachers and researchers. This be done by developing data collection techniques that capture the complex nature of educational settings, and portray the findings with multimodal elements that transform the narrative into a vivid experience. The notion of Multimodal narratives addressed in this book deals with those requirements.
