Resumen:
In this work, we present the surface characterization of Boltorn® H20, H30 and H40 self-assembled onto highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The dependence of different factors as incubation time or temperature on the layer formation is analyzed by means of changes in the topography and phase images.Expuso: FARÍAS, E.D.
