Resumen:
Using Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and Factor Analysis (FA), we study the oxidation process of metallic titanium (Ti0) and the reduction process of a TiO2 (Ti4+) thin film under electron irradiation. In both cases we determine the chemical state of the different compounds formed over the surface.
