Resumen:
Ethnopharmacological relevance: Although therelationshipbetweenlocalpeopleandplantsmaybe idiosyncratic, somehumanbehaviorsarecommontodifferentcommunitiesandcanbeinfluenced by cultural andenvironmentalfactors.Thus,thisstudydrewuponasystematicreviewandmeta-analysisto evaluateiftherearepatternsofmedicinalplantuseindifferentBrazilianethnobotanicalstudiesandif these patternsareinfluenced bytheurbanizationorecosystemswherethestudieswereconducted.
