Resumen:
The TIERRAS package is an AIRES add-on that enables the production of underground, underwater and under-ice showers. The code has been successfully merged with the ZHS radio emission simulation routines to produces ZHAires, a full 3D Monte Carlo simulator of radio emission from particle cascades in dense media. In this contribution we will present the latest features of TIERRAS software focusing on the effect of the inclusion of muon-nucleus deep inelastic interactions, the TARGET3D low energy hadronic model and several different continuous energy deposit parameterizations on the radio emission of particle cascades in ice
