Resumen:
Pomegranate-derived extracellular vesicles (PgEVs) have demonstrated a notable anti-inflammatoryeffect, significantly inhibiting lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced NF-κB production without causingcytotoxicity in human monocytes. Taking into account that mastitis is a common inflammatory diseasethat affects the mammary gland of female mammals during lactation, we aimed to evaluate the effect ofPgEVs treatment in a mouse model of LPS-induced mastitis.
