Summary: The paper presents composition and structure inventory of an Selva Misionera stand located in Eldorado State of Misiones. A serie of sixteen plots were ramdonly distributed and data werw take of all trees with DBH larger than o equal to 5 cm. Natural regeneration data werw taken of all trees with higher than or equal 10 cm. The objective was to evaluated estructural parameters as: abundance, frequency, dominance, sociability position, natural regeneration and diametric structure. Value importance Extenden Index between primary native forest and secondary forest werw compared. Primary forest does not present key species and a high richness to 74 species. Secondary forest present key species with a richness to 52 species. Mixrure quotient (CM) were measured and compared. Primary forest present good structure with 1:5,4 (CM) and secondary forest present simple structure with evolution favourable tendency.
