Chow forms of algebraic varieties

In this work we present a probabilistic algorithm for the computation of a Chow form of each of the equidimensional components of a variety V. Its sequential complexity is polynomial $sd^n$. The algorithm works under certain genericity conditions, which are attained by choosing certain parameters at random from a given set of integers and, in this sense, it is probabilistic.
