In the present work we studied the influence of an external acoustic perturbation in the spin-lattice relaxation time of gelatin in order to investigate the possibility of modulate dynamic processes in complex molecular systems. For comparison, a previous related experiment is analyzed. An important reduction on the spin-lattice relaxation time value was observed when the perturbing frequency was coincident with the proton Larmor frequency
