Resumen:
In this communication we present an improved version of the Modulated Photocarrier Grating (MPG) technique, originally proposed by Hattori et al. in 1993 [1]. Moreover, we will show measurements of the density of states (DOS) in the conduction band tail of hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin films, using the proposal of Schmidt et al. [2] which uses a combination of MPG and modulated photoconductivity (MPC) measurements.
