The aim of this work was to obtain four recombinant soy allergens (A5A4B3, á subunit of â-conglycinin as the main component of 7S fraction, Gly m Bd 30K or p34 as the mayor allergic component, and Gly m Bd 28K or p28)  to  identify additional cross-reactive allergens using in vitro, in vivo and in silico  methods.
