Resumen:
The
superconducting transition of Nd1.85Ce0.15Cu1+δOy
and Sm1.85Ce0.15Cu1+δOy
samples was studied as a function of the Cu content through magnetic modulated
microwave absorption and resistivity measurements. Superconducting transitions
were observed only for samples with a Cu content 1+δ ≥ 1.01.
This Cu excess seems to be necessary in order to obtain superconductivity in
the electron doped materials.
