Resumen:
The concept of quantum phase transition may be extended from fluctuations at T = 0 K to the case where an order parameter depends on non-thermodynamical variables such as the orientation of magnetic field [1]. In organometallic complexes with weak intermolecular exchange J? via hydrogen bonds between copper ions (monomers), dimers, or polymers (3 or more coupled Cu ions), such transistions may occur, establishing two different phases: decoupled units and longrange dynamically interacting units (see chart below) [2]. Such transitions are very hard to detect via thermodynamic data but they can be observed via Electron Paramangnetic resonance. The spin dynamics influences the behavior of the linewidth in single crystals samples from which we can extract the exchange coupling, |J?| = hwex. We demonstrate how these dynamical effects also influence the powder spectrum in such samples. We carry on research to demonstrate and extend this results to high magnetic field in the high frequency regime.
