Resumen:
Egg masses, eggs and embryos of Notocochlis isabelleana (d?Orbigny, 1840) from shallow Patagonian waters are described. Material was collected from different places around Valdes Peninsula, Chubut and San Antonio Oeste, Rio Negro. The sand grain made collar shows 1-1.5 whorls, a 14-28 mm apical diameter and about 2.5 mm thickness. The egg capsules, embedded around the sand grains, have an maximun diameter average of 185.21 ± 15.07 ìm (X ± SD; N= 202). Each one carries only one egg of 97.57 ± 10.2 ìm (X ± SD; n= 24) of diameter. A free swimming larva emerges with a shell of 151.48 ±9.60 ìm (X ± SD; n=24) of maximum length. Comparisons with other naticid spawns are provided.
