Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is one the most aggressive subtypes of mammarytumors. Flavonoids are polyphenolic compounds that cause several antineoplastic effects.We previously described that the synthetic flavonoid 2’-nitroflavone (2’NF) inhibits viability,survival and migration of human TNBC cells. Herein, our aim pointed to find outmechanisms that mediate 2’NF anti-tumoral effects in these cells.
