Resumen:
Chalcopyrite, particularly CuInSe2 (CISe), is among the most promising absorbing materials for solar cells. High conversion efficiencies have been achieved in solar cells that incorporate electrodeposited CISe [1, 2].Among the many techniques used to prepare CuInSe2 as a thin film, electrodeposition presents advantages: it is cost-effective, it does not require high vacuum and it can copy intricate geometries and applied even on top of flexible substrates. Electrodeposition can be performed at fixed potentials or using a square function (pulse deposition). This last technique is an interesting route to obtain infiltration of nanoporous substrates. This study focuses on the electrodeposition of CISe films on top of TCO and TiO2 coated TCO electrodes comparing potentiostatic and pulse electrodeposition
