Resumen:
Hoffmannia peckii is reported for the first time for Argentina, in San Pedro, Misiones. This is the second species of Hoffmannia recorded for Argentina together with H. australis. Descriptions, illustrations, a map and a key of the Argentinean species of Hoffmannia are included.
