Background and Objective: Daily functioning of children and youth with disabilities results from a dynamic interaction between abilities and limitations and the role of the environment. In Argentina, it is crucial to understand the daily functioning and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) of children with cerebal palsy (CP) to allocate the limited resources to meaningful programs. Hence, the aim of this study was to describe the functioning profile and HRQoL of children and youths with CP, according to the gross motor function classification system (GMFCS).Study Design: Cross-sectional observational studyStudy Participants & Setting: Children and adolescents from 2 to 18 years of age with CP, all GMFCS levels, attending rehabilitation centers in 5 provinces of ArgentinaMethods: Functioning profile were built using the Argentinian protocol ?PC-CIFuncional?. The variables were the categories of the common abbreviated Core-Set for CP. Eight domains of HRQoL were assessed with the Argentina version of the CP-QOL questionnaire for primary caregivers. Sociodemographic variables such as age, gender, and health coverage; and clinical variables such as GMFCS level were collected from clinical records. Normal continuous variables were described as means with their SDs; categorical variables were described by means of absolute and relative frequencies with 95%CI. Comparisons were made using Fisher´s exact test. Statistical significance was p
