Which model best represents the current state of the lands and it?s historical trend in the different units of vegetation This is a key question in Land Degradation Neutrality monitoring and reporting. Many projects have activities where expert and participatory information must be collected and related to geographic coordinates or elements of a map. Usually this may involve the use of paper maps, geographic information systems, spreadsheets, databases, etc. Typically expert or technicians need to get together and/or be moved around, which involves travels and other expenses like workshops organization. We developed a System to help the expert opinion and participatory process data gathering and analyzing  Using open source software we are able to develop reliable, transparent and secure tools. These types of tools made expert consultation simpler and cheaper. Expert data gets collected in a systematic and objective way.Interpretation and analysis of results was facilitated.
