Resumen:
In recent years, the wine industry has become increasingly interested in the influence of the terroir characteristics on the features of a wine and in particular, the mechanisms by which a soil influences wine quality. In this study were determined the grape characteristics (total soluble solids, titratable acidity, polyphenols content, cluster weight, yield, pruning weight and another) and its relation with the characteristic of soil in one vineyard. In this vineyard, three zones were detected with ECs. Each zone was characterized for its proprieties (calcareous content, sandy-clay-loam texture, MPa (MegaPascals) suction at two depths, nutrition). The zone 3 presented more calcareous than 1 and 2. However, the 1 zone the suction a 0.1MPa 0.3MPa were higher. The pruning weight was major in zone 1. The yield per plant did not present differences in three zones. Nevertheless, the zone 1 showed bigger berry size. On the other hand, the berry of the zone 1 had minor IPT, alcohol content. The linear correlation showed that between sandy and suction with 0.1 MPa, Suction with 0.3 MPa and weight/berry, pruning weight and colorant intensity and anthocyanins and calcareous with: suction with 1.5 MPa, pruning weight and weight/berry had correlation. These studies should be extended and repeated for a greater number of years.
