Resumen:
In this paper, we aim to present the initial lines of the concepts of racialization and coloniality of power and their importance in the debate on the flow of the South-South migrants in general and Argentina in particular. We are debating who belongs and who does not, in a social structure that historically and persistently was characterized by its denial of their African and Indigenous roots in a normative context until recent years, with growing legal openness for the migrants (different direction in relationship with the Global North context)
