Resumen:
This work presents the calibration and selection of pMOS commercial transistors with 250nm thick oxides as sensors for a dosimeter. The thermal and radiation response of the devices is studied, to obtain a pre-calibration of each sensor and optimal reading of VT. The sensors will be used  in a CubeSat to measure  the absorbed dose during radiation experiments on modern devices.
