BJECTIVE • Development of manufacturing process of bone substitutes, employing natural resources. • Bone substitutes are composites based mainly on bioceramics and collagen matrix. • Bioceramic is a combination of natural hydroxyapatite (bovine) and synthetic -TPC. • Collagen source is provided by Wharton Jelly (human placenta and umbilical chord).
