Resumen:
It is continued here with the distribution study of the blocks deposited in different sectors of the superstructure of Neferhotep tomb (Manzi and Sánchez 2007). Those are blocks, of sandstone, limestone and mud bricks that show evidence of manufacture and damages, but also inscriptions and/or decorations. These materials are of exogenous origin and come from different funerary monuments, most of them belonging to pharaonic time, even though their placement in TT49 is probably recent –last 100 years. The aim of this work is to contribute to the resolution of the palimpsests, given the mixture of artifacts of different chronologies that are in this Theban tomb. Especially it is proposed to identify the origin of the above mentioned blocks, trying to elucidate the aspects related with the construction of the monuments, the causes of the detachment of materials from these architectonic structures and their way of moving inside the Valley of the Nobles.
