The provinces with major growth returned to be the patagonian ones, but after five intercensus periods in which Tierra del Fuego prevailed, the major protagonism corresponded to Santa Cruz. There is not available still the information of the National Census of 2010 for localities, but considering the information for departments and parties it is possible to verify that the majority of the areas with high demographic growth correspond with tourist destinations in strong growth or with areas in those new urbanizations appear, near big urban centers. The analysis of correlation with another available key indicator for 2010, such it is the case of the relation population / housing, it helps to establish some preliminary conclusions. Key words: tourist growth, demographic growth, indicators, population / housing, Argentina.
