Resumen:
Frustration can play an important role in classical systems where the phenomenon of order-by-disorder is the perfect example where theinterplay of frustration and fluctuations produces the emergence of unexpected order. In this work, we present a frustrated honeycomb bilayerlattice where for certain couplings order by disorder is at play along all the magnetization curve. In particular, at a highly frustrated point thesystem is highly degenerate and the state selection depends on the external magnetic field. We use Monte Carlo simulations and fluctuationanalysis to study the order by disorder selection. We find evidence of both soft and zero modes. The selected states present broken$mathcal{Z}_2$ simmetry. We characterize the transitions and summarize our results in the h-T phase diagram.
