Resumen:
In recent years, numerous environmental and health problems caused by the use of synthetic pesticides arises the search of new biopesticides. The aim of this study was to evaluate, in vitro, insecticide, repellent and fungicide bioalcohols effects on the insect Sitophilus zeamais and the fungus Fusarium verticillioides, pests that attack maize crop. The results of this study could highlight a possible pesticide as a natural alternative that protects the corn kernels and allow its conservation with minimal risk.
