In the frame of palaeoclimatic reconstruction in the north centre of Tucumán province, a polinic analysis of an archaeological site was carried out. The site called Acequia situated in a fluvial terrace within Tapia-trancas basin, have an AMS date of 3420+-40 BP. The general environmental evidences suggest conditions of humidity in the site evolution. With the purpose of test paleoclimatic context soil description were carried out in addition to the palinological anakysis. The information with other contrastable data represents the first results of the polinic flora the Acequia site.
