ABSTRACT Fluorinated thermoplastic-modified epoxy thermosets, as well as partially fluorinated epoxy networks were synthesized from diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA), 3-(trifluoromethyl)aniline, and (4,4´-methylenebis(3-chloro 2,6-diethylaniline). Morphologies generated, migration of fluorinated species, and the resulting thermal, surface, and mechanical properties were discussed.
