Resumen:
The aimofthisworkwastoassesstheeffectsof1weekcopperexposure(6.2,108,210and414 mM) on Scenedesmusvacuolatus and Chlorellakessleri. Thestrainsshoweddifferentsusceptibilitytocopper. CoppercontentwasdeterminedinbothstrainsbytotalX-rayreflectionfluorescenceanalysis(TXRF).In S. vacuolatus, theincreaseofmediumcopperconcentrationinducedanaugmentationofproteinand MDAcontent,andasignificantdecreaseinthechlorophyll a/chlorophyll b ratio.
