We are very thankful for the references inReimold and Koeberl (2014) Impact structuresin Africa: A review regarding our paper on theBajada del Diablo astrobleme‐strewn field,central Patagonia, Argentina (Acevedo et al.2009). All suggestions to improve or change ourproposed genetic model are certainly welcome,and we are grateful to the cited authors fortheir interest and inquisitiveness. However, ouronly disagreement with those remarks is basedon their assumption that our paper reports anentire impact crater strewn field in the volcanicBajada del Diablo area of Argentina.
