Design and implementation of test for the evaluation of physical-chemical properties of superabsorbent materials. Determination of autoinduction times in monomer solutions, solubility limits of several additives of the recipe, pH and temperature variations, during the neutralization of acrylic acid in critical conditions. Selection and quality control of raw materials. Determination of rheological behavior of the polymerization medium at different conversion and reticulation degrees. These studies are recommended for logistic development, design of raw materials store facilities and conditions and design of reactors and polymerization process.
