This contribution aims to share an experience developedin the 1st year of the Degree in Geology of the National Universityof Rio Negro. This work, based on teaching and learning oriented by the team-workin a transversal form between the subjects of the year, is focused on the elaborationof a geological map and its corresponding report. Tis work, involved the teamof teachers of Cartography and Field Geology, Introduction to Geology,Introduction to Academic Reading and Writing and Workshop of Methodology andGeological and Paleontological Practice I. They worked in a trans-disciplinaryway, encouraging thematic complementation and reinforcing the learning ofspecific techniques and working methods, as well as the application ofinformation and communication technologies (ICT).
