design and development of the Liner ManufactureProject at the ?Universidad Tecnológica Nacional Facultad Regional Mendoza? (UTN). Thisproject was conceived in the frame of a collaboration agreement between the Pierre AugerProject and the UTN. The Project includes the construction of the building with theappropriate installations and equipment, the manufacture and testing of liners, their transportation and delivery to the Auger Observatory in Malargüe, as well as liners testing and storage at the Observatory. All these processes have to comply with the technical and qualityassurance requirements established by the Auger Project.
