Both the Renaissance castle and the Gothic cathedral highlight the historic center of Merseburg beyond the borders of the central German region. The conference will take place at the campus of the University of Applied Science.Sincerely hoping that you accept my invitation to give a plenary lecture I request you to send the (working) title of your plenary lecture by e-mail (ralf.lach@psm-merseburg.de) as soon as possible (before October 31st 2015). As a matter of course we will assume all accumulated expenses for accommodation and traveling (documented by invoices).Furthermore, you, the members of your working group (PhD students, postdocs etc.) und other colleagues are kindly invited to contribute to this conference with a short lecture. In this regard, I would like to inform you about planning the application for funds for awarding grants for those participants from abroad who will give short lectures.
