The aim is to show how culture shapes our thinking, imagining and behaviour, linking it to developement. Development divorced from its human or cultural context is growth without a soul. Development is a phenomenon with strong intellectual and moral implications for individuals and communities. This report looks at these implications and proposes an ethical stand towards cultural diversity and development goals.
